Shipping Policy

NuzzleRest Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NuzzleRest. This policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for all orders placed on our website.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 10-14 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 11-16 business days.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping is included on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 16 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at pillowformomsss@use.startmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate with the carrier right away. NuzzleRest is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control, but we will always work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help redirect the package if the error is caught before dispatch.

Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at pillowformomsss@use.startmail.com. Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
